Have always been a fan of the TED talks series...not sure how I missed this one since I am an introvert...wait, that explains how I missed it. (Watch the video and you'll get it.)
This is a great watch for everyone, even you extroverts who are too busy to watch an 18 minute video... :) ...it's worth it. Enjoy and have a great weekend!
